InterAct: COMPANY OVERVIEW
InterAct is an Acteon company. It was established in 2007 and incorporates the former
Pacific Management Technologies Inc, which was based in two centers in the USA:
Ventura, California, and Houston, Texas. Petroleum engineering expertise from
TEAM Energy Resources (provider of specialist personnel and recruitment services to the drilling, completion and intervention; pipeline and process; and subsea and inspection sectors), a long-standing Acteon company based in Norwich, UK, has also been brought into InterAct.
InterAct is staffed by qualified engineers, environmental professionals, and operations personnel from a variety of disciplines. We have the sort of experience that enables us to offer practical and cost-effective solutions to the many different challenges presented by a wide range of oil and gas clients. What differentiates us is that we can harness technology products and services in inventive ways that save money, reduce risk and ensure the smooth progress of even the most demanding of projects.
InterAct is a member of the following professional associations and groups:
- WSPA (Western States Petroleum Association),
- CIPA (California Independent Petroleum Association),
- Oil & Gas UK's Workgroup 5 and
- Decomm North Sea
- InterAct Activity Management Ltd. is registered with FPAL.
Through its make-up, the company has an excellent track record of onshore and offshore projects, many of them in environmentally sensitive areas, all undertaken with professional integrity and an unwavering commitment to safety.
Being part of Acteon enables us to draw on a large pool of skills and expertise to complement those we have in-house. We participate in projects with other sister-companies that are part of the Acteon family. InterAct is the focal point within Acteon for decommissioning and abandonment.
