Michelle Pasini - President

Ms. Pasini has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has served as General Manager, Pacific Region and Environmental & Regulatory Services Manager during her tenure with InterAct.  Ms. Pasini holds a BSc degree from Stanford in Applied Earth Sciences and has worked as a project management and permitting consultant for major and independent oil and gas operators. She has extensive experience assisting clients with permit acquisition and regulatory compliance programs for complex industrial projects in strict regulatory settings. She has assisted operators with various stages of field development, from project inception through to facility abandonment on- & offshore regions of California, the Gulf of Mexico & the North Sea.

Tom Kennedy - VP, Business Development

Mr. Kennedy has over 30 years of experience in oil and gas drilling and production operations (land and offshore) including project planning, implementation and cost analysis; oil and gas well workover operations (land and offshore); plant, platform and production facility design, construction and operation; and wells and facilities decommissioning projects. Mr. Kennedy was the founder and President of InterAct under its original name of Fairweather Pacific, which later became known as Pacific Management Technologies, Inc (or PMTI).

Stuart Wordsworth - General Manager, UK

Stuart has a BSc in Geology from Royal Holloway, London, with 10 years rig-based drilling and completions experience, working offshore UK and Dutch Sectors, as well as onshore England, North Africa, Middle East, & Russia.  Stuart followed this up with a further 3 years based in Great Yarmouth supporting SNS offshore & UK land drilling operations, before joining the Acteon Group 3 years ago. Stuart runs InterActs UK business, which also caters for Africa and the Middle East, as well as getting involved with decommissioning works.

Jim Chaconas - Drilling Engineering Manager

Mr. Chaconas is a California registered professional engineer with 28 years of experience in Project and Program Management, Oil and Gas Drilling and Production, Floating Drilling and Testing, Property Acquisition Due Diligence, Economic Analysis / Cost Estimating, Site Assessment and Risk-Based Closure, Bioremediation, Regulatory Compliance / Permitting, Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Planning (SPCC), Hazardous Waste / Material Management, Land Development, and Software Development.

Greg Marsh - Engineering Manager

Mr. Marsh has managed numerous international and domestic construction projects in the oil and gas industry.  He has more than 25 years of hands-on engineering experience in petroleum related companies with emphasis on offshore vessel moorings, oil storage, and production.  His responsibilities have included Engineering Project Management, lead staff engineer for process vessels and piping, as well as rotary and heavy lift equipment (i.e., cranes, winches, jacks, etc.).  Mr. Marsh has a proven ability to manage project design teams and engineering subcontractors with up to 25,000 engineering man-hours for various EPIC contracts with demanding accelerated schedules, significant liquidated damage clauses and early completion incentives. 

Phil Chandler - Senior Petroleum Engineer

Phil Chandler has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Leeds University, with 30 years experience in Drilling, Production and Well Abandonment Operations. Most recently Phil has carried out well abandonment work for Perenco, Conoco Phillips, Shell, BP and ENI. He is a member of the Oil & Gas UK work group 5, which is responsible for ‘Guidelines for Suspension and Abandonment of Wells’.  Phil worked for Amoco before joining the Acteon Group.

Mark Hewett - Senior Petroleum Engineer

Mark has a BSc in Oil Technology from Imperial College, London, with 38 years extensive experience in Completion Design, Artificial Lift, Workover, Well Abandonment, Well Intervention, Stimulation and Production Optimisation. He has particular knowledge of Gas Wells in the Southern North Sea and Land Operations in the UK and Brunei. Mark has worked for British Gas, Shell, Marathon and Amoco before joining the Acteon Group.

Joe Hocamp - Drilling & Field Services Manager

Mr. Hocamp oversees the field and drilling services portion of InterAct’s business. He has over 35 years experience in the oilfield both land and offshore. His experience includes oil, gas and geothermal, 12 years as a Tool pusher/Rig Manager and 13 years as a Rig Superintendent, Operations Superintendent and Operations Manager. Types of operations have included drilling, workover, and crane and rig maintenance. He also has extensive expertise in construction, mobilization and de-mobilization of both drilling and workover rigs offshore and on land.
