InterAct personnel were responsible for site construction supervision, monitoring the activities of the construction crew(s), ensuring compliance with strict environmental conditions imposed by the regulatory agencies in this very sensitive and visible area in Santa Barbara County.

Prior to commencement of the site work, InterAct performed bid package preparation and review, developed Project Execution Plans for the work and issued technical specifications for fabrication, welding and painting. InterAct managed the design and construction of the seawall renovation which was necessary prior to heavy equipment approachingthe piers.  Concrete soldier piles with timber lagging was designed and installed to support vehicular traffic.

Following completion of the pier reconstruction, InterAct provided wellsite supervision for workovers at the two wells.  A workover rig was mobilized, the wells were re-entered, casing was repaired, new tubulars were run and the wells were temporarily suspended in anticipation of being returned to production. The work was successfully completed under multiple agency and considerable surface owner requirements and scrutiny.
